Terms of Service

On this page
These terms are the agreement between you and Bogo Hub ("Bogo Hub", "we", "us") for using bogohub.app, the Bogo Hub apps and the Bogo Hub membership. By creating an account or starting a membership, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
01Who can use Bogo Hub
You must be at least 18 and live in the United States to have an account. Give us accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your sign-in to yourself: you're responsible for what happens in your account. One person, one account.
02The membership
Anyone can create a free account and browse every deal. A paid membership (Premium Annual or Premium Monthly) is what lets you redeem them. Today's plans and prices are on our Pricing page and are shown again before you pay. Your benefits last while your membership is active.
03Free trial
New members can try a membership free for 14 days, once per person. You need a valid payment method to start, and prepaid cards aren't accepted for a trial. Nothing is charged the day you start.
When the trial ends we charge the price shown when you started, and your membership renews automatically until you cancel. Before you start, we show you the amount and the date of the first charge. We email you a confirmation, and we remind you by email and notification 3 days before that charge.
You can cancel any time during the trial, online, in a few taps, and you won't be charged. Your benefits last until the trial ends.
04Billing and automatic renewal
When you start a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method, through Stripe, the price shown at checkout plus any applicable tax, when your free trial ends, or right away if you don't have one, and then at the start of each new period until you cancel:
- Premium Annual: once every 12 months.
- Premium Monthly: once every month.
Before an Annual membership renews, we email you a reminder 15 to 30 days ahead, with the price and how to cancel. Once a year we also email you what your membership includes and how to cancel it.
If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
If the first charge after a free trial fails, your benefits pause until it goes through. If a later payment fails, we'll try again and your benefits stay on while we do.
05Canceling and refunds
You can cancel any time, online: on your account at bogohub.app, or in the app under Manage Subscription. It takes a few taps and needs no call. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and isn't charged again.
Within 7 days after an Annual charge, renewals included, you can get that charge back in full if you haven't redeemed a BOGO since it and have no code waiting to be redeemed. Choose it when you cancel, in the app or on your account. A refund ends your membership right away. The money goes back to the original payment method, usually in 5 to 10 business days.
Other payments aren't refunded for a membership period you've already started, unless the law requires it. If something looks wrong with a charge, write to us at support@bogohub.app and we'll look into it.
06How a BOGO works
- At a partner place, during its deal's days and hours, buy one eligible item and get a second one free: the one of lower or equal price, or the same item, as the deal says.
- Each place sets its own deal: which items count, the days and hours, the party size, and how often a member can use it (per visit, day, week or month). You see the rules on the deal before you redeem.
- To redeem, open the deal at the table before you pay, tap Redeem now and let your server scan or type your code. A code works once and expires in about a minute, and the restaurant confirms the visit on its side. Bring your phone, and allow location so we can check you're there.
- Tip and tax apply to the full amount, before the BOGO.
- A BOGO has no cash value, can't be transferred and can't be combined with other discounts unless the place says so.
- Places can change or end their deals, and can leave Bogo Hub. We don't promise any particular place or deal will be available.
07Partner places
Partner restaurants are independent businesses. They're responsible for their food, drinks, service, prices and premises, including allergens and dietary claims. If something goes wrong at a visit, tell the place, and tell us from Help in the app: we'll help sort it out.
08Fair use
Don't share, sell or show someone else your code; don't use screenshots, more than one account, or a simulated location; don't copy or scrape Bogo Hub, get around its limits or interfere with it; and don't use it against the law or to harm anyone. We may reverse a visit, pause benefits or close an account when we see this, and we'll tell you why unless doing so would help the abuse.
09Reviews and what you post
Reviews must be your own honest experience of a visit you made. You keep ownership of what you post, and give us a license to show it on Bogo Hub and in our own promotion of Bogo Hub. We may remove a review that breaks these terms, and anyone can report one.
10Business accounts
Partner businesses and their teams use partners.bogohub.app and the Bogo Hub Partners app under a separate partner agreement, which applies on top of these terms.
11Changes to Bogo Hub
We keep improving Bogo Hub, so features can change. We try to keep it available all the time, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Some parts rely on other companies (Stripe, Apple, Google), whose own terms also apply when you use them.
12Closing your account
You can delete your account any time in the app (Profile, Delete account). Deleting ends any membership or trial right away. If an Annual charge still qualifies for the 7-day refund above, we refund it. Otherwise, time already paid for isn't refunded, so you may prefer to cancel and keep your plan until it ends. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. These sections still apply after an account closes: billing for periods already started, fair use, reviews, disclaimers, liability and disputes.
13Disclaimers and limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Bogo Hub is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, and we aren't responsible for the food, drinks, service or premises of partner places.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Bogo Hub is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
14Disputes
If you have a problem with Bogo Hub, write to us first at support@bogohub.app; most things are solved there, and we'll try for at least 30 days. If we can't solve it together, either of us can take the dispute to a court that has jurisdiction over it, under the laws of the state where you live.
15Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
